Young Warriors Training at Pennsylvania Combat Sports, is the Ultimate Kids Martial Arts Program in Westmoreland County.
Located in downtown Greensburg, our Little Warriors (for ages 6-9) and Junior Warriors (ages 10-13) classes are teaching kids Real-World Martial Arts, along with life skills that will benefit them now and through their entire adult lives.
Martial arts can provide a fantastic way for kids to stay active while learning techniques that help build self-esteem, confidence and discipline. There is no better investment into your child's future, than something which instills such positive attributes.
This Isn't Your Typical Kids Karate Class.
Our curriculum is based on the Effective and Proven art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a ground based martial art which is highly effective for self defense. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) has become one of the most dominant martial arts styles on the planet, largely due to its popularity in Mixed Martial Arts. It's even utilized by our own US Army and Marine Corps as their fundamental hand-to-hand fighting systems.
For kids though, it also provides a great outlet for stress, athletic pursuits and core self defense techniques. Let's face it, we need to prepare them for whats out there in today's world. Physical and cyber bullying happen way too often... so self confidence matched with real ability, can be the best antidote for it.
For the Young Warriors kids program, we make sure our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training is not only fun but practical. This training even offers children (through to their adult years) the opportunity to compete in local, national and international events. Unlike most school sports, which end upon graduation...BJJ is a healthy and enriching lifelong activity.
All Young Warriors are instilled with the value of respect, commitment, honor and leadership. These things are just as valuable (if not more so) than any technique we teach them on the mat. Developing these positive traits now, at an early age, will do wonders for a child as they navigate the challenges of modern society.

In addition to the expert instruction we provide, all new students will also be given a Young Warrior Martial Arts Training Uniform (commonly referred to as a "gi" uniform) at no cost. Everything you need for the program is included in the Young Warriors membership.
